Christmastime

We spent Christmas in Charleston, W.Va.

We went to see our former house when I was a chlid in the 1950's. The new owner gave us a tour. This is an old picture.

We went to the Carolina Inn for my B-day dinner along with the Perkinsons.

Mary Laurel and Robert drove from Portland, OR to here last week. She will be staying home with us for several months.

Puppies Galore!

What's better than a new puppy??????

Two new Puppies! Meet Zelda. She's a seven-week old tri-color Welsh Pembroke Corgi. We wanted Zoe to have a friend so Patti found us a corgi within an hour's drive. I went up there to Julian (near Greensboro) and picked up the teeny puppy. She's about half the size of Zoe even though she's only one week younger. When she grows up her head will have red hair and her back will remain black.
