It has been beautiful here since Sept 21; still very warm in the day and cool in the evening. The leaves are only starting to turn now. Patti and Jeff visited us last weekend and helped to get the house in order by hanging pictures and getting shelves and file cabinets put together. We went kayaking and out to several restaurants. We also got to visit the UNC Hospital Emrgency Room when Moody cut his hand on a large glass platter washing dishes. He had lots of sticthes. We are going to get a Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppy which should be available for us around Thanksgiving time. See the pictures. Any ideas for a name?
