I have been busy rehearsing for the Mikado which plays this weekend. The link below goes to one of the choral numbers - "Braid the Raven Hair".
I play Queen Victoria and sit up in the Royal Box. I sing all the choral numbers as well. The show opens with eveyone in the theatre standing when I enter and singing "God Save the Queen". No one will know me however, as I wear a gray wig that looks like it came straight out of "Psycho". I've been helping painting sets and moving into the theater. The Carolina Theatre is an old vaudville house I believe. It's quite nice but could use some painting.
